Exchange, return, refund and cancellation policy

Our exchange, return, refund and cancellation policy is as follows: all eligible purchases, except masks of any kind *, can be exchanged, returned and refunded within 30 days of purchase. date of purchase (proof of purchase required) if the product has not been opened and is returned to us in its original packaging. * As a health precaution, all types of masks cannot be exchanged, returned or reimbursed. However, if the item is defective, we will exchange it even if the packaging is opened.

It is always possible to cancel an order before it is dispatched

Simply contact us at 1-888-332-2780 and provide your order number. We will proceed to cancellation and refund. All purchases are eligible to be canceled prior to shipping, with the exception of the disinfecting station, which requires the representative to travel and a subsequent professional installation. If you want to cancel the installation of your disinfection station, please contact us as soon as possible.

You can easily return or exchange your item in store

Disinfect, we have it at heart. We take all the necessary precautions, in particular by accepting your product safely and disinfecting it before putting it back into inventory. We also offer contactless electronic credit card refunds.
